How To Shop

From this website you can choose from a selection of cutlery patterns designed by William Welch. The cutlery is available to purchase on this website, please follow these simple steps:

1) On the left side menu, click the view all in either Mirror or Brushed Satin finish.
2) This opens a window displaying all patterns available in Mirror or Brushed Satin stainless steel.
3) Click on a cutlery design to view it in its own page.
4) This is a product page and the main picture can be enlarged by clicking “Enlarge Image”.
5) The gift packaging image on the right menu can also be clicked to enlarge the image. This is the packaging we will use for the cutlery or individual pieces that are ordered.
6) There is a description below the main place setting image, of the design concept and other information relating to materials etc.
7) Below this, there are the various set configurations available.
8) Below the set configurations are the individual pieces and serving pieces available for purchasing as extra pieces.
9) Fill in the quantity boxes with the number of items required then at the bottom of the page, click the “Add to Basket”.
10) This will automatically transfer through to the “Shopping Basket” page.
11) The items selected will appear in the shopping basket, this is where preferred delivery method can be chosen (orders over £75.00 are delivered free 3-5 days), this excludes “Sample Service” purchases. At this point further items can be purchased by clicking the “Continue Shopping”.
12) In checkout please fill in all the fields marked with a red asterisks including credit card details, card holders address and delivery address (if different from the card holder’s address). Remember that there must be someone in at the delivery address to receive and sign for the delivery.
13) In order to finish the transaction read the terms and conditions, tick the box and click “Proceed”.
14) This completes the online purchase and we will send an order confirmation via email to confirm the order. Please sit back and relax, leaving the rest to us.
