Delivery Options
We offer ‘signed for’ delivery options, simply select the type of delivery on the shopping basket page:
3-5 days £4.95
2-3 days £8.95
We offer:
· Free Delivery (3-5 Days) on orders over £75.00 excluding any purchase that includes the “Sample Service”.
· Sample Service £9.90 (2-3 days) this includes the postage cost of returning the samples via the Post Office using the enclosed “FREEPOST” return label.
· Shipping Outside of mainland UK, please select ‘Request a Quote’ in shipping method from the shopping basket page.

Online orders selected with the 2-3 day delivery option will be delivered within mainland UK within two to three working days. Online orders selected with the 3-5 day delivery option will be delivered within mainland UK within three to five working days.

Delivery Address
If your card holder address and delivery address are the same please click the box in checkout to indicate this. If your delivery address is different please fill out the information requested remembering that someone is required to be at this address during the day to receive and sign for the shipment.

Signature on Delivery
Somebody is required to be at the delivery address so that a signature can be collected for receipt of the shipment from Studio William. If there is nobody at the address to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, the delivery company will leave a card to inform of its attempted delivery. There will be details on the card of how to arrange for re-delivery on an alternative date. We may need to provide your name and contact number (or your nominated representative) to the delivery company so they can arrange delivery. You give this consent to us in order to provide that information.

Delivery Method
We ship our parcels using third party delivery companies. We are not responsible for the accuracy or timekeeping of the delivery companies and therefore not responsible for any late deliveries as a result of the delivery company. We will always do our very best to help with any difficulties in delivery.

Non mainland UK Deliveries
For deliveries to Jersey, Guernsey, Ireland etc. or Europe or the rest of the World then additional delivery charges will apply. When you place your order, please select the ‘Request a Quote’ shipping method in the shopping basket. We will send you an email to you after your order has been received with the cost of delivery to your chosen address; alternatively we can quote you delivery charges prior to your order.
