Sample Service

If you are not quite sure which design is for you why not use our sample service.

This service allows you to see and handle the designs you are interested in and the final cost to you will be only the postage charges, once you return the samples in an unused, saleable condition. We will refund the cost of the samples once we receive the samples back.

HOW IT WORKS: From the product pages in the website simply add to the shopping basket the "3pc sample set" for the ranges/finishes you like. Each set costs £15, with a maximum of 4 different "3pc sample service" per order in mainland UK.

The postage charge for your order within mainland UK will be £9.90 (£4.95 to deliver to you and £4.95 for the return to us). The postage is a set charge and is not dependent on the number of "3pc sample service" you order.

When you have completed and paid for your "3pc samples service" order the samples will be speedily sent to your delivery address to help you make a decision on which cutlery range to buy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving the "3pc sample service" to return them to us to receive the refund.

RETURNING THE SAMPLES: Included in the parcel containing your "3pc sample service" will be a "FREE-POST" label and a return form for you to place inside the box so we can process your refund when we receive the samples back.

To Make your full cutlery order: On the website add the cutlery range/finish you wish to order to the shopping basket, including any additional place setting pieces or serving pieces items.

Fill in the information boxes in the checkout page, and remember to fill in your "Sample Service Order Number" in the appropriate box so that we can monitor the return of your "Sample Service".

Please remember to add your "3pc sample service" order number into the checkout page to assist our team monitor your order.

When you place an order online with the return of your samples, the same delivery costs apply as when placing an order on the website (purchases over £75 have free P&P). The refund of "Sample Service" is completed later when we receive your samples back.

Packing and sending back the samples You will need to wrap carefully ALL the samples (including the samples of the design or designs you like and plan to order). Place them with the return form into the box you received them in. Seal the box securely, attach the "FREE-POST" label and use the Post Office to send the box back to us.

Receiving your refund: On receipt of the returned "3pc sample service" at Studio William, you will receive your refund on your credit card very quickly.

REFUND: Please note the "3pc sample service" P&P £9.90 will not be refunded. If you have decided not to order any further cutlery after your "3pc sample service" you will receive a refund for the price of the returned samples excluding the sample service P&P £9.90.

Please note that a full refund (excluding the sample service P&P £9.90) is provided if the cutlery is in an unused, saleable condition on return - so please wrap the samples well!
