Larch Cutlery

Larch is made using the finest quality 18/10 stainless steel and is also available in Mirror Finish (please use menu on the left of page).

The Larch tree was discovered by Julius Caesar when he laid siege to an Alpine fort that was constructed of Larch. To his amazement the burning brushwood had no effect on the fort's timber walls. A generation later, larch was used during the construction of the palace of Emperor Augustus built in Rome.
